Bouncing Tigers: FAQ
Can I bring my own food?
You are welcome to bring in anything but items that need to be kept hot or refrigerated and no outside pizza. Suggestions include fruit trays, sandwich trays, chips and dip. As long as you don't bring a huge feast , your celebration specialist will be happy to help you set up the snacks you bring. Please bring any plates and utensils necessary for the food you bring in.
If I want to add on pizza, what do I get?
For $30.00 (or $10.00 each), we will order 3 large 1-topping pizzas which is plenty to feed up to 15 kids. If you want to be sure that there is enough pizza for the parents, you should order extras to accommodate your adult guests.
How many kids are included in the Party Packages?
15 guests are included in the Party Packages and the Birthday child is free for a total of 16 guests. There is a charge of $10.00 for each child after the 16th. If you expect to have more that 16 kids, please let us know in advance to be sure we have to right amount of supplies and food ready for you.
How many kids can you accommodate?
We can comfortably accommodate at least 30 - 35
I am considering having a birthday party for my child and a friend's child at the same time. Is this something you can accommodate?
Absolutely. However, the party package is still based on 15 children and ONE free birthday child.
What does the celebration specialist take care of?
While the parents are responsible for supervising their kids, the Celebration Specialist may make you aware of the safety guidelines we have at Lindsey's Bouncing Tigers. The Celebration Specialist will greet your party, set up and clean up you party room, serve your guests, cut and serve the cake and help with presents (among other things). It's your choice if you'd like to open birthday presents at Lindsey's Bouncing Tigers or wait until you get home.
Can I bring alcohol for the adults?
The parents are responsible for their children's safety and supervision. For the safety of all of our guests, no alcohol is allowed at Lindsey's Bouncing Tigers while any children are on the property.
When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive no more that 15 minutes before your party start time.
What paper products do you provide?
We provide plates, cups and napkins with a "Happy Birthday" theme. We also provide plastic flatware and tablecloths for the party room.
What if I want a themed party?
Feel free to bring your own paper products for any theme you'd like.
Can I bring a pinata?
We are unable to accommodate pinatas at Lindsey's Bouncing Tigers.
Can I decorate the party room in a particular theme?
You are welcome to bring additional decoration, however nothing can be attached to the walls of the party room with tape, staples or pins.
What is included in your party favor?
Our party favors are filled with an assortment of candy and toys appropriate for a wide age range of children.
What kind of cake is included in the Ultimate Party Package?
Our cake is from Baton Rouge's renowned Ambrosia Bakery. It is a 1/4 sheet cake. You may choose chocolate, white or yellow cake with chocolate or white buttercream icing and your choice of filling. The top of the cake will have icing balloons and will be personalized with your child's name and age.
Do you charge for siblings of party guests?
Any mobile child who is taking part in the party celebration or playing in the play area is considered a party guest and will be included in the final guest count. Infants in carriers or being held by a parent are, of course, no additional charge.
Should I tip my Celebration Specialist?
Tipping is not expected but is of course appreciated by the Celebration Specialist for a job well done.
What do I have to do to reserve a party time?
Please either complete our online reservation request or call us at 225-292-5004 to make your reservation. All parties require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit. The deposit is applied to the total cost of the party. We accept cash or credit card deposits (credit card deposits may be done by phone) no personal checks please.
Is my deposit refundable?
No, all party deposits are non-refundable. However, if you would like to move your party or schedule a party for a different child, the deposit is transferrable to the new party. We must be notified of the change at least 7 days in advance. The new party must be scheduled within 60 days of the original party date.
Are socks required?
Yes. Socks are required for anyone wishing to play on the inflatables. While we encourage customers to wear of bring socks of their own, we do keep a limited supply of clean socks on hand as loaners for those who forget.
After the party, can the kids go back for more play?
No. Typically, another party will be in the play area after your party. Also, we've found it's not such a good idea for the kids to go back to bouncing after eating pizza, cake and ice cream (if you know what we mean!).
